Catering Terms & Conditions


In these Terms and Conditions CAKMY PTY LTD/trade as Montgomery St Cafe ABN 33 624 615 667  means “Montgomery St Café ”.

“The Customer” means the person, company or business booking the catering services of Montgomery St Café.



Written quotations are valid for 2 weeks from the date of quotation.



All prices quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.


Deposit and Payments

All catering orders require full payment prior to delivery

Closer to the event launch we will email to the customer final tax invoice.

Payment can be made cash or card in store or Bank Transfer .We accept payment by credit cards or direct debit, including Mastercard, and Visa (no surcharge). Our bank account details are located on each invoice for payment by direct transfer.


Dietary Requirements

Montgomery St Cafe staff and suppliers prepare all food in accordance with the Food Standards set by Food Standards Australia and are HACCP Accredited.

The Montgomery St Café  kitchen and equipment used within may contain traces of nuts, egg, dairy, gluten and other know allergens. Although all care is taken by Montgomery St Café to ensure these items are contained, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met. Whilst we understand the serious implications of reactions to allergens and will endeavor not to cross contaminate your food, Montgomery St Café will not accept responsibility or liability for an adverse reaction to our any of our food by any guest. Please inform any of your guests who have serious food allergies that if they are concerned that they will be able to bring their own allergen free food in some circumstances. Please check with Montgomery St Café for your special request


Cancellations & Refund Policy

Minimum 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of any order. Any catering order that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event for any reason, including weather or any other circumstances will incur a fee of 50% of the final invoice. Full payment is required for orders cancelled on the day of delivery. 



Delivery is available 6 days a week between 7am and 6pm on a weekday and between 9am and 2pm on Saturday . A $10.00 delivery fee will be charged for each delivery based in St George area. When a preferred delivery time is unavailable Montgomery St Café will ensure the delivery is made prior to the agreed time.

Please ensure delivery access is always available to your location. If a mobile phone number is provided for contact, please ensure that mobile phone is switched on. If access is not available at agreed time of delivery, the driver may have to return at a later time resulting in an additional delivery fee, or the delivery may be cancelled at the discretion of Montgomery St Cafe. Payment of the invoice will still be required.

Delivery fees are included in the final quoted price.
